Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access performance insights for individual, non-commercial athletic improvement. You may not reverse-engineer, exploit, scrape, or unauthorized-mirror any underlying data structures or app features.
Kinexus Sports LLC provides biomechanical suggestions and instructional frameworks for informational purposes. Athletic training carries inherent physical risk; we are not liable for any personal injuries, strains, or damages resulting from execution of the kinetic tutorials or application data.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
